Katie Reynolds was compassionate, an extremely good listener, professional, and decisive all of which my family and I appreciated immensely. She is, in my opinion, an invaluable asset to Providence Pulmonary. I also want to thank the person who assisted her (I wrote down her name but lost it). She also was comforting, compassionate, and professional.
