The staff is always friendly and that’s helpful because you never know what a person is dealing with in there life.

Awesome visit with Kat. She is understanding to my needs and makes suggestions to improve my health living with diabetes. She contacted my insurance company to get an authorization for Mounjaro. Thanks to an awesome ARNP for awesome care!

Dr Owen is very caring, and has a great sense of humor. She explains everything to you which is great and she will double check as needed, I like that! She understands my needs.

Lack of understanding because I have memory issues. Forgot to get bloodwork. Forget to take insulin prior to eating and many times I get my apps messed up. I am overwhelmed with things that no one else but me can do. No room here to explain but just know that I have more on my plate that I can handle with no one to help me and a memory issue as well. Katherine was not very understand and was being pretty hard core. I did not need that as I am already at the end of my rope. Husband has stage 4 lung cancer and alzhimers . I have a mentally handicapped son who has serious med issues as well, that I am in charge of , and I have memory issues I try hard to overcome and health issues that have me in a power chair. No one to help with any of this so I do my best but it is not good enough for Katherine. Don't chastise someone until you have walked in their shoes.

NP Owen is the best endocrinology provider I have had in over 20 years of diabetes care. She is knowledgeable, honest, encouraging and caring. The office is well managed and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cat is always very compassionate, respectful and understanding and helpful. She’s very knowledgeable in the field of diabetes, and is very confident with my many other health issues. I feel very confident with the information she gives me

My visit went fabulously! Yes, is so knowledgeable! My diabetes was uncontrolled 8.5 for years, and now it is controlled and at 6.2!

Kat is a very good nurse and very knowledgeable. She's better than some of my doctors. I give her 5 stars, but I would give her 10 if I could.
