I went to urgent care in a snow storm about my daughter. I couldn't get a straight answer about a diagnosis. She stated she wasn't present at the time of the symptom,incident so she couldn't tell me anything. As I left and wanted to put in a complaint about the lack of professionalism, bedside manner and her blatant dismissal of my concerns. she started laughing to a colleague and getting towards my direction.

I recently went to the urgent care after severe issues with my bladder. She had asked me “ what I want to do “ ???? She is the provider and I just explained mySymptoms. Am I supposed to diagnose myself ? She was no help and I went for nothing and wasted money. Doesn’t seem like she’s very knowledgeable in any areas and shouldn’t be practicing. I hope that nobody has to deal with this provider. Complete waste of time and money. I left urgent care feeling worse than when I came in.

I was seen after a fall by this provider and it was the worst care I have ever received. She had no bedside manner and never explained to me what my diagnosis was and just handed me discharge papers to go home and walked out. I am a nurse and understand the demands of health professionals, but she could care less about patients. I have been to this urgent care with my son and it has always been excellent. When I asked about my care as I was checking out the MA had no problem talking in the hallway and breaking HIPPA by allowing everyone in the office hearing my concerns. Very disappointing visit all the way around. The nurse that checked me in was excellent though and I am sure he was quite embarrassed by his colleagues
