Do not recommend! Katherine simply reads off a list of dietary guidelines, but isn't capable of making suggestions to accommodate real life. Save your time and money and just read the standard guidelines off the internet. If you're looking for someone to be creative and offer practical advice, look elsewhere. If you have a job or travel or cannot spend hours cooking everyday, her "advice" isn't for you. Also, be prepared for condescension and judgement instead of support.
