Katherine Andes PT provided a routine that addressed my conditions and she monitored my progress. She added new exercises and modified initial exercises based on my progress. She was encouraging and watchful as to how I performed various exercises and made suggestions on how I could improve my technique based on my physical limitations to get maximum benefit from each exercise. I felt comfortable discussing my limitations with Katherine and felt that she took my comments into consideration as she work with me. I feel that my experience with PT Solutions and Katherine were beneficial and would feel comfortable in returning IF the need should ever arising again.
