I went to Katherine for a few months. Her primary focus was techniques to reduce anxiety. However, she was not patient enough to help me uncover the reasons behind my anxiety and then to grieve the pain and loss, and heal. Some concerns were dismissed and she didn't engage, so trust not established, and I shut down. I eventually found better help elsewhere.
