Provider has poor bedside manner and comes across as uncaring for her patient’s wellbeing. Does not review patient history and continues to suggest medication that does not work for the patient. Will be switching to a different provider.

I will confess that I am a doctor snob when I visit a doctors office, meaning I prefer to see a doc, not a mid-level provider. However, after two visits to her, she disabused me of that notion. Each visit, she thoroughly diagnosed my health problem in a caring and friendly manner. She even called me personally on her day off to provide my test results and inquiry on my recovery status...wow, I didn't expect a direct call from her, reinforcing that she cares about her patients. On my future walk-in visits, I sure hope I see her!
