Kate Rossettie, MSN

I've had several appointments with Kate now, and she is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever encountered. She is so incredibly kind and empathetic and takes the full hour to really listen to what is going on in my life and with my symptoms. She also asks a ton of questions to really try to gauge how much of my symptoms are caused by external/situational factors in my life vs my mental health conditions and whether my medication needs to be adjusted. She also started me on a low dose of both medications and has gradually increased separately so that we can see if either is causing any side effects. She is very collaborative and always asks what I think or how I feel about adjusting the dose or adding something new. I have never felt pressured or forced to take a new medication and feel that I truly have a say. She is also very responsive to all texts, calls, and emails. I cannot recommend her enough!!
