I have learned a significant amount from Kate about how to strengthen my core and improve my posture, resulting in much less pain from osteoarthritis. Her manual therapy techniques have greatly reduced my neck pain, and she has also used dry needling. I have already recommended her to several people!

Kate is an amazing therapist. She is very good with manual therapy as well as suggesting exercises. Highly recommend her.

Very happy with results from Kate. I was having bad back problems and after a few visits it felt substantially better

About Me

care philosophy

I work in collaboration with my patients to set goals and develop an appropriate PT treatment plan.  I value my patient's input with regards to physical therapy interventions and enjoy working with patients to help them become more functional and have reduced pain.

biography

Outside of my career as a physical therapist, I also coach and play volleyball.  I give private and small group lessons to kids and adults around the Madison area. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chuck, playing volleyball, hiking and reading.
