Disrespectful and RUDE
Do not let her treat you for any 'urgent' matters! This PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT is a little too arrogant for not being an actual PHYSICIAN. My husband went to Urgent Care for an allergic reaction in which his lips/mouth swelled up. It's not the first time it's happened, and prior times he was given immediate injections. He was even given an EPI pen in case his throat swelled in the future. (anaphylactic shock). She put his diagnosis in the paperwork as a 'rash' and told him she would call him in a prescription. He told her he'd rather have the injection (for faster relief) and she rudely repeated, 'I'm calling in a prescription.' He asked her what if his throat swelled. She told him, 'Then go to the emergency room' and walked out of the room. That was it. Not another word. As if she was performing a 'favor' for him instead of giving service to a PAYING patient. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time we'll request a real PHYSICIAN and not an assistant. So unprofessional.
