Great provider, easy to talk with, she is professional, & friendly. However make sure you don’t overpay your bill. The billing office has been stringing me along saying they will check with their bookkeeper, FOR 6 MONTHS? I have spoken with the manager who gives the same BS answer. They expect patients to pay their bills and copays when seen, OK, they are behind on refunds...6 months behind? I paid my copays, now give me my refund. UPDATE: The manager called me, told me she would mail me the check and she did and I have received it. She also said that she was the NEW Practice Manager and had been there about a month and apologized profusely, and I accepted her apology. I dont know if I am welcome to go back or not, but this matter has finally been straightened out. NOTE: If you have an issue with billing, dont accept the statement, "We will have to check with our bookkeeper and get back to you." Its the lady who answers the Front Office phone's GOTO Phrase.
