Kassidy Jacobs, NPC

I recently had a visit at CVS minuteclinic with Kassidy. I accidentally requested vaccine versus office visit. I got the vaccine and was told to wait for appt. I told Kassidy I had an ear ache with eye pain for 2 weeks. She checked one ear then the other and said you have impacted ear wax that need to be removed. Then explained she could not do it b/c it was a lengthy appt. but she would schedule it for tomorrow. I paid my $50 copay and returned the next day. Only to find out I have an ear infection not impacted ear wax. Infection is white, ear wax is brown and without pain. Also, she coded appointment as if she had removed earwax. She did nothing of the such. To top it off she had not scheduled me for the next day put two days out. So not only did I have a misdiagnosis I also had to wait as a walkin and paid as if a procedure was performed. My insurance may come back and say they are not going to cover for the procedure as it's a double billed process. In pain, out of money and irritated to say the least.

She was very nice and friendly. She performed a camp physical for my daughter.
