I saw NP Karma Carty for my appointment. I was worried due to previous reviews, but I don't know what they're talking about. She had a great bedside manner, she was really thorough. Went through my meds, records, asked about any questions or concerns. She didn't make me feel rushed. She even had me meet Dr Zwart. I have not had such a great experience with an entire practice in a while. Staff was helpful and very welcoming!

She spent maybe 3 minutes with me and did not help with one thing I needed help with. She gave me papers and walked out without looking at me. Very unkind and condescending. It seems like she dislikes her job.

Horrible visit.very unprofesstional rude unkind no eye contact rushes threw the visit.she doesn't give you time for questions and concerns.when she walked into the office to see me her facial expression and body language immediately expressed she didn't want to be in the office with me. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.i left feeling violated as she practically threw me out of her office by saying in a rude defensive voice to find my way out all because I questioned the thyroid medication I was prescribed..I have already filed A complaint..The rest of the staff was great
