My experience with Karlie has been disappointing and distressing. When I reported concerning behavior by a provider in her practice, Karlie minimized my concerns, offering no immediate solutions and suggesting I either work it out with Robert or find a new therapist—without offering any internal investigation or involving authorities. It wasn’t until much later, after repeated reports, that Karlie supposedly conducted an internal investigation. During a phone call with Karlie, she dismissed my experience by implying that my decision to stay with Solid Ground invalidated my trauma, making my concerns seem less serious, which felt manipulative and dismissive. At one point, Karlie told me I was 'presuming' and 'coming up with my own understanding,' directly attempting to gaslight me and frame my valid experience as a misunderstanding. She spoke over me and interrupted me the entire conversation. She was condescending and passive aggressive in her tone. Avoid her practice.
