Unprofessional & Lacking Empathy
Karla should not be in this line of work. Not only was my experience with her rampant with microaggressions, but she went so far as to accuse me of lying about my mental health crisis in order to get time off work. Absolutely horrendous care. There are wonderful and helpful professionals out there, she is not one of them.
