He does seem a bit unapproachable at first, it took a little bit for me to get comfortable with him, but once we got past that initial getting to know each other part, I trust him implicitly. He listens, and has great feedback, he is a very caring doctor that wants to do what is best for his patients. I believe the initial time is getting to know who you are without feeding his personality into the mix, and that is quite intelligent.
