The clerk is very inefficient; had a hard time making her understand that I had a referral to see a chiropractor; did not return phone calls with info; does not have a computerized system; medical form was whited out and copied and copied, etc; office was dirty and smelly; almost walked out immediately, wish I had; dr. did not explain any procedures, just did them; walked out of the office limping and hurting; will definitely never go back to him; medical equipment was old and upholstry was torn; worst medical experience of my life!! Just awful.
