Before starting treatment with Dr. Benendorf for my lower back pain, I went to three different doctors and tried chiropractic treatment. Nothing seemed to help. Dr. Bebendorf quickly identified the source of my pain and designed a dry needle and exercise program that has worked wonders. I fully recommend his services.

I have seen Karl now for two separate issues. I did the second time because of my first experience, so that probably says it all. Karl is great to talk with and really cares about what he does and his patients. Heartily recommend him to anyone.

Over the past 15 years, I've seen physical therapists, chiropractors and an orthopedic and nothing has had a significant impact until now. By working with Karl, I've experienced improvements in the chronic pain I've had with running for the first time. It feels amazing to make progress at a point when I was feeling so discouraged. I'm grateful for his expertise and effectiveness, and for also taking the time to educate me on my particular condition which will help in preventing future injuries.

This is my first-ever experience with PT and Karl and his assistant Matt have been helping me recuperate from a bad case of runner's knee. Visiting twice a week for two months, I'm already pain-free. I know the adventure isn't over yet but it's SO encouraging. The first time I walked down a flight of stairs without wincing in pain was a total revelation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
