I finally get the courage to make an appointment and it was 101% useless. She asked me questions, recommended a book, told me I was several depressed, asked me about my views on medicine, and told me "the book would help you begin to cure yourself and I think you need to make an appointment with a Psychologist." She asked "Do you have any questions?" and I was in shock. That was it? I told her why I was deeply depressed and I told to by a book and make an appointment with someone else?!!! Simply horrible. This only made me feel more useless. No one helps and I need the help. She was polite, but useless.

  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
