Time management, diagnostic skills
Had lab work done, and took two weeks to review it before calling me in for another appointment ( she stated that she received over 79 entries in her inbox, so it took time to get to them all) which was to double the thyroid meds she prescribed. Could have called with that info rather than having me wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Received my statement from Medicare and she tried to bill for high blood pressure ( I do not have) and Medicare denied that claim. Also waited 45 minutes for the telehealth call for the results of my bloodwork (which should have been ordered when I first complained about pain and swelling in my hands) to get a rheumatology referral. I have been going to this office for many years and had the gambit of providers. I was confident with all of them and never had any issues - except Karie.
