unprofessional, I had an appointment that for some reason did not get through. I called left a message 16 min after the time of the appointment to let them know that I was there and to return my call. Never got a call back, I called again was told that I was not at the appt. and they were going to charge me. Then after that that she was no longer going to be able to help me and sent me else where. Obviously I was seeing her cause I needed someone to talk to and get help. But she decided to cut me off with no notice.
