2 years or so of excellent service
Telehealth
I was at a low point a couple years back and was encouraged to get some help. Karen was there and I have been working with her for the past couple years or so. Her insights have been helpful in managing my anxiety.

I booked a therapy session with Karen through my health insurance, as she was one of the few available options. It was a huge waste of time. As soon as we sat down she ranted about how the company is understaffed, how she isn’t allowed to make her own schedule, how she wouldn’t be able to see me again or two months, and then spent 10 minutes trying to find outsourced behavioral health options outside of my network. Didn’t ask me anything about myself, ask how I was doing, or any basic general questions that are asked in a therapy session. After 20 minutes I left and requested a refund. Terrible experience. Not sure why she is taking on new clients if this is how they are treated.
