I visited Slocum Dickson Urgent Care this morning 8/21/2019. I was suffering with severe pain in the area of my left kidney/lower back. It was shortly after 9AM. There were about a dozen patients already, but things were moving much quicker than anticipated. The care I received from everyone was exceptional. Especially Karen Rounds-Cleary FNP-C. I'm 66 years old, and the care she provided is second to none I've ever received. She is a wonderful asset and medical professional. By shortly after 11AM, I was seen by 3 Nurses, had blood drawn and urine test, had a CAT scan and then seen by Karen Rounds-Cleary, who completely explained everything and prescribed the necessary meds to fix it. I can't emphasize enough how completely happy I am with the whole process.
