Karen is a highly competent, compassionate, knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner. She is a good and careful listener and accurately assesses medical problems. She is devoted to her patient's care and concerns and is able to explain medical issues in a way any person can understand.

Karen lacks compassion and questioned my memory of my own medical history without even reviewing my records. She ended our appointment early even though I waited for her for twenty minutes asking me to reschedule to address my concerns.
