I only visited with her one time. I thought she was fine as a therapist and planned to continue with her. We made an additional appointment to follow up with her in 2 weeks (November 30). I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and waited. And waited, and waited some more. After 30 minutes, I called and left a message about the appointment. I left and have never heard back from her at all. How unprofessional to not show up to appointments or at the very least call back and explain.

Dr. Muller is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Have seen various therapists as have lived with the challenge of multiple sclerosis for 26 years now. She is one of the best .
