I have been working with Karen for over 4 years and she is the best therapist I have ever had. Incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable without feeling preachy or like she's talking down to you. Her demeanor is empowering and genuine. She has so much knowledge across a variety of topics including spirituality, medication, meditation, etc. Her kindness and warmth makes you feel held and valued. She is a true keeper.

We have been seeing Karen for over a year now. After years of seeing different professionals we have finally found one that is knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.
She has helped my daughter like no one has before and I truly believe My daughter is alive because of the dedicated care she receives from Karen. My daughter feels safe and cared for, and as a Mom I have a professional that advocates for my daughter and helps me in this mental health recovery process.
Our family is lucky we have found Karen. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Karen not only spends time with my daughter, helping her to navigate through the challenging mental health issues, but also follows up. Always checks in. It is obvious that not only is Karen extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she really cares about her patients.
