Low quality encounter. Ran through stock questions. Seemed bull headed, unfriendly, obstinate. Liked to hear herself talk more so than listen. Looks elsewhere, a waste of money.

Had an appointment scheduled in September 2017. Her office called to reschedule for a day in December. New appointment day comes. I show up only to find that appointment was cancelled. I received no notification of this. I drove from the beach to downtown as well as took off work to make the appointment. Very poor service. Staff was friendly but incompetent, apparently.

I never saw Karen McNeely. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with her after being discharged from the hospital. Apparently they have to schedule the follow up within 7 days and mine was scheduled farther out so when I called to reschedule the appointment, they said I had to come in as new patient and could not come back until February. Both the patient coordinator Tori and the office manager Jason were very rude. The irony is that this all took place on Mental Health Awareness Day.

Felt judged. She doesn't listen. Her 'diagnosis' is it, period. My previous doc went into a different medical area thus I tried Karen. Now I'm scared to try anyone again. She completely changed up meds which made me sick for two months. Explaining this did no good. Initial meds worked. I completely regressed with her. If you need a written prescription expect a return trip. When you travel 40 minutes this is uncalled for. 4 visits; 4 additional trips. I stopped going after #5.
