Terribly unprofessional. Didn’t want to wear a mask, and was irritated when we insisted. Canceled SIX out of the nine appointments we scheduled, often an hour or two before the appointment, usually citing an emergency regarding her family. Doesn’t seem she has the support needed to be a reliable counselor. Overall, she disappointed our kids when they already needed support, and left us wishing we’d never paid the outrageous out of pocket fees.
