Hands down the best counselor I have seen in my entire life. I feel like I have finally found someone that understands how to help me heal and work thru what I need to work thru. She is absolutely amazing and so incredibly kind. Very non judgmental! As far as the review that was left for her with a 1 star it seems like that's a personal thing because she called me back (and its rude to just miss appointments no matter the circumstance). She works part time which I love because I feel like she is just so alert and able to listen to me where as previous counselors that I saw seemed exhausted from their days lol.

I am very disappointed in Karen's followup. I have tried communicating with her leaving messages and sending texts messages. No response. I had missed two appointments because I was care giver for my father who had vascular dementia. I am the primary care giver and had asked for consideration for those appointments. There was also an appointment that was scheduled for 10.10 that I never made because my father had just passed away which was billed to my insurance. Please do not go see her.
