I had been to a top surgeon in Boston, MA for a trigger finger cortisone injection a year and half ago. Neither he, nor his PA told me anything about what I can do at home as soon as symptoms start and afterward to try at-home therapies before resorting to a cortisone shot. Dr. Kuperberg did so. She gave me many good suggestions to potentially avoid needing more shots in the future. I highly recommend her.
