Listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. Setup initial steps to get to the bottom of my concerns that I felt comfortable with and agreed to. Was able to get a PC appointment quickly and office staff was great.

Excellent care and listens well with straight forward ways to address health needs.

Have needed Karen's care a few times, always with poor results. Like the time I called her at 9:30 am with an urgent issue. This is a clinic that advertises itself as offering same day appointments. Didn't get a response back until 4:30 that night, and it wasn't her, just someone asking about my symptoms to relay to Karen. By that time I was in the emergency room. On top of that, she is rude and abrasive. It's a shame because the doctors she works for are great.

She is very professional and super nice and caring. I have seen my share of PCP's and she is awesome. Very knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience with her has been empowering for me. After years of suffering with debilitating chest pains and having my cardiovascular work ups finding nothing wrong, she was able to find sources of my pain coming from muscle spasms in my back and inflammation of the cartilage in my chest. She even found patterns in my visits and hospitalizations and, through this pattern, pointed out that seasonal allergies and the exasperated asthma from them was contributing to my painful episodes. No one else had done this! She didn’t just tell me it wasn’t my heart and to have a nice day! She is now helping me treat my rib and cartilage inflammation condition. I’m so very grateful for her having seen the larger picture and for finding the missing pieces to this puzzle for me! Thank you!

If you like your provider to stink like smoke and be unsympathetic, she’s perfect for you. I left mid-appointment. Will never recommend, will never go back.

I have been to many Dr. over the years and felt like your a number, not heard. Since finding Karen I drive 1 hour to go to her. She is the best, I have never gone to a Dr. that listens, understands and remembers everything I tell her. She has helped me so much over the 10 years I have been using her. I have left Dr. Offices crying before from not feeling heard or valued as a "Person". She is very easy to talk to and in 10 years I have "Never felt like she had a limit on time".

This review is strictly pertaining to the NP (everyone else I've encountered in office has been great every time) Karen, on the other hand, has been HORRIBLE. Complete disregard for symptoms (keeps trying to shove unneeded meds down my throat. Her knowledge is just surface& she will NOT do referrals for further testing/investigation-she cuts me off mid-sentence and put me on two meds that gave me a pretty bad interaction. My impression is she gets angry, when I ask for referrals&further testing.

I would highly recommend Karen, she is a true care provider! I have been a patient at Mountain View and have kept them as my primary for over twenty years, and will continue calling on them, for whatever health problem comes my way! Karen's Knowledge along with the ability to apply the most effective treatments, have helped me through countless conditions and accidents over the years! As a very active person that lives and breathes Moto X, Windsurfing, Snowboarding, Karen has been a God send!
