Beyond what I already wrote, each visit I had with this audiologist felt relaxed and welcoming. When I purchased my hearing aids, a different audiologist helped me. Thankfully, she is no longer at this clinic. Those appts felt like an assembly line and I was shortchanged. Had so many questions. When I returned for first-time fitting, she told me she had to cut my time short due to no. of clients in waiting room. Terribly frustrated. Stopped wearing these expensive Bluetooth aids for nearly a year due to numerous problems. Texted the brand supplier often. Their directions often did not work, and I was told to disable Bluetooth function, which I paid for additionally. I am not a tech novice
