I had such a terrible experience when Karen was providing anesthesia for my surgery. I believe she goes by Karen Marsh now. I know people don't usually even know who their CRNAs are, but Karen stood out to me. She was extremely rude, and even berated her staff in front of me. Being in the health care field myself, I simply asked about what anesthesia medication she was going to use on me, and she scoffed at me and said something to the effect of "I've been doing this for x amount of years..." She was all around unfriendly in pre-op. With all this said, she did keep me alive through my surgery so I will thank her for that.
