Overall I would say she's comptetant. But, one thing I'll always remember is being 15 and telling her about the registered sex offender that had been harassing me and invited me out, and she asked me "Is that what you were wearing?" Not that it matters, but I was wearing a pair of moderate length cutoffs and a t-shirt.... in July. Also, let me mention again that I was 15 and this man was my fathers age and a registered sex offender. Competent, but might victim blame you.
