I studied under Karen's leadership for several years before I retired while working at the Collier County Government. She helped me a great deal with nutrition and exercise to help me lose weight. She is wonderfully enthusiastic about her work and very encouraging to the patient. Helping you to understand what and why you need nutritional guidance.
