horrible experience.
This woman was my main nurse during my time at Upstate. She regularly neglected care, refusing simple things. I also saw her being extremely rude to staff on multiple occasions, always with a passive aggressive tone that left them extremely disheartened- on one occasion, I even saw a female nurse left crying after an interaction with this woman, on Christmas. I do not reccomend AT ALL, please do something about this menace.
