After my Doctor of 7 years leaving the practice i started seeing Karen, she is very thorough and spends time with you. She has answered some after hour phone calls to help with an aging parent for me as well.

I went in to see Karen for a knee injury I had while weightlifting. She ordered an MRI stat because she believed I tore my ACL. The insurance declined the MRI and wanted to see me do 6 weeks of physical therapy instead. she stayed on the phone with them until 8pm fighting for the MRI and finally got it approved. Low and behold I had a torn ACL and needed surgery. She has always been available to answer questions and has made the process fast and painless. I will only see Karen for now on.

My regular doctor changed to a different location and I had to see Karen. I am glad I did, she has done more in the short time I have seen her than other doctors have. I hope they keep her on staff at this location. You do have to wait for awhile, but she does spend time going over information
