I didn't care for my experiences with Karen. She simply went through a check list and did her job as though she was going through the motions without any compassion. When I pursued questions, she would answer and then laugh afterwards, like a nervous laugh. It was very awkward and unprofessional, especially when a psychiatric nurse is laughing at you. She seemed uncomfortable and inexperienced. Unfortunately my time with her was not worthwhile.

  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
