She listens to those in her care. She asks questions to help address all concerns. She developes a plan of treatment with her clients. Then, she makes great referrals. She calls to check on her clients. Then when the treatment plan is complete she schedules a follow-up appointment to be sure the treatment plan works. When the plan did work, she advises that we can schedule another appointment if the condition returns, or if any other health issues appear.
