Went to Kara for couples therapy. She seemed to only cater to my concerns and ignored my husband. She would ask us to fill out our homework, which we would bleed our hearts into, only to have her ignore it in session & now allow us to discuss it. Felt like we were wasting our time. She seemed more concerned with having us play these psychological games that she thought would be good for us, than listening to what we had to say. She honestly could not read the room of how annoyed we were with her & really did not show the empathy towards us, the you think a trained professional would have. She actually made our relationship worse and it's been a struggle for us since. I would not recommend her for couples therapy in the least. You can probably find better resources for free online.
