Never seen a medical professional so lacking in professionalism and bed side manner. Instead of admitting when shes wrong or doesn't have the knowledge, or resources to handle a situation, she deflects. She apparently feels entitled to respect based on her academic achievements, saying, that "HER" practice gives her the right to be disrespectful towards patients. Is arrogant, narcassitc, and lacking empathy. Don't go to her if you want your health concerns taken seriously!
