On April 4, 2021 I visited your ER because of an allergic reaction to the J&J vaccine. The nurse who triaged me was very respectful and kind. Upon being escorted to a room I was approached by a PA who introduced herself as Vagovic PA. I explained my problem and the fact that l have many allergies and had been seen in Sentra Care one week earlier for a similar allergic reaction. My reaction was swelling of the lip and jaw. She proceeded to put her hand in my mouth without asking my permission.. I consider that an offense especially in these COVID19 times. She claimed it was either a tooth or gum problem which was diagnosing without any testing. She disrespected my knowledge of my own condition. I am more than able to understand my medical concerns. I have had these reactions for over 30 years and I told her this. I carry a epipen and other antidotes for allergies. Unfortunately for me I live in Palm Coast and have few choices for medical care
