All was great!!

I just want to say that the person that checked me in at the counter was a little dizzy and it took me about four times to ask her a particular question or to get her to understand my question. And other than that, I liked the doctor and the staff that helped me in the back. There was another young man, Ahmed, that helped me do like a retina scan, I think it was, and he was very, very nice as well. That's all.

The automated message system is difficult for an older person to understand most of the time. A text email or print out works the best for us old folks.

I was expecting to see Matthew Wade or Marshall and I ended up having a visit with Dr. Storch. It was just a little bit unexpected, but she did a fine job and I have no other complaints. Bye.

This was a 3 week post-op visit, and had expected that when Dr. Marshall's refraction of my vision would result in an Rx for post-cataract glasses that I could take to the optical shop of my choice. I was disappointed that this is not GHEI's practice, that I would need to undergo a separate refraction at your optical shop if I wanted to walk out with a prescription. This seemed to me a waste of my time, though I appreciated that Dr. Marshall recognized and respected the distance I had travelled.

Ms. Marshall rocks. She fit me into an already overburdened schedule because I had an emergency. She gave me the best care she could possibly do and relieved my anxiety since I had screwed up big. At any rate, it was awesome and I very much appreciate her excellent care. Thank you.

This was my first visit to tune my light-adjustable lenses. The results were excellent. For the first time in years, I can read without glasses, and my vision in my right eye is good, although there is a small glare problem. The left eye is better than it was, but still has double images and vision is not as sharp for distance as in the right eye (marginal for DMV eye test). I hope these problems will be addressed in my second visit, scheduled for this Friday. Overall, my experience with Dr. Marshall has been extremely positive.
