Words can’t express how grateful I am for New Steps Physical Therapy in Mount Vernon. I suffer from severe rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis throughout my body and am in constant pain. I recently had a total knee replacement in April of this year and physical therapy has played a big part in getting my knee back to normal. Dr. Howell is very professional, trustworthy, and patient. He wants the best for his patients and focuses on their quality of care. I can say I am so amazed on my progress on how far my knee has come from day one. After having surgery, Dr. Howell has taught me not to give up, keep going, and to stay focus on strengthening your knee. I trusted the process and don’t give up.
