You will be ghosted!
I could almost copy and paste other reviews. Everything started great, Dr Melbourne seemed pleasant. Scheduled for test relatively timely. Then comes test time....she was on her phone a LOT and even had to take phone calls. She says she'll have the results in 30 days. It's been 3 months now and I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails with almost no reply. The 2 times she's called back were just to tell me she hadn't got to mine yet. Last she replied was 1 month ago and told me there were still 2 more evaluations ahead of me to be processed.She clearly doesn't care that people are struggling while waiting on her so I can refill my medications.
