Dr. Justine McGeary, OD

We made an appointment to see Dr. McGeary and received a call that the appointment was double booked. When I called back, the woman said that actually the other patient cancelled and when I asked if I should come she said yes. I informed her I was 15 minutes out even though the appointment was in 10 minutes. She said she would let me get going because the dr has a 10 min wait policy. When I arrived 13 minutes late, the woman said Dr. McGeary can no longer see me because she has a firm 10 minute late policy. I have no idea why 1) I was double-booked, and 2) was told to come because of the error and said I was 15 mins away and then was turned away. I rescheduled our entire morning to get there and would have rescheduled if the woman told me not to come. Extremely frustrating.
