Awesome Doctor & Staff
Dr. Chen has been my eye doctor for a few years now & she is very caring. Her office staff is very friendly & welcoming. I especially like how Vincent takes his time & will advise you which glasses are best for you.

I have been with Dr. Chen since she opened her Office in Emerald Hills, love her. She is personal professional and caring. You got to love Vincent, he gives the Office class with a little flavor. They never let me down to this day and believe me I can be quite difficult and demanding. Great Service!

Just having three phone conversations with receptionist was trying to get information about glasses very frustrating. So I decided to look elsewhere optometrist. I would not recommend this optometrist office.

Dr. Justine Chen is an exceptional person. It has been 15 years since I started using her professional help. Very polite and patient with me. Vincent is an Angel. So special. After each visit, I was very satisfied with my glasses.

I have been using Dr Chen for over 15 yrs. Was always treated in a professional and courteous manor by the Dr, Chen and her staff. Her Optician Vincent is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing your new glasses. Would recommend this practice to anyone

Great experience! Dr. Chen took her time to ensure that she did a thorough exam of my eyes, answered all my questions and I never once felt rushed. The staff were pleasant. Vincent, the optician was very helpful and helped me dibs frames that were perfect for me. I would recommend Dr Chen and her team to anyone in a heartbeat

Dr Chen was arrogant and impatient. I was not impressed with her on my first visit a year and a half ago but the gentleman who runs the office and fits you for the glasses is exceptional so I did return for my eye exam this year. Big mistake!! I should have listened to my initial feeling. I will pay for another eye exam this year, as I am not confident that I got a good exam from Dr Chen. I will get a 2nd eye exam and purchase my glasses elsewhere.

I finally found a doctor who listens to me and explains things to me! I have been to so many other doctors who didn't. I called with an emergency, she took me in the same day! No wait once I got there and she solved my problem! Can't say how thankful I am!

My visit was a total catastrophe. I walked into an empty office and should have known better. Dr chen basically dismissed me and i walked out of her office without my eyes bieng checked.I am a 40+disabled woman who has been to many doctors and this was one of my worst experiences EVER!

I walked into an empty office and I should have known to turn around and leave. Over heard office staff complaining about patients. Then met Dr. Chen. Was the most inconsiderate, uncompassionate, person/Dr. I have ever come across. I happen to be a disabled 40 plus year old woman and have come in contact with numerous Dr's and she was the WORST!! She dismissed me and refused to treat me. I left upset and in SHOCK!

Terrible office staff. The person on the phone is rude and lacks basic communications and customer service skills. The person who does the glasses is trying to sneak his own business interests between office and insurance. I've been with them for three years and I am switching providets because of him. Too bad for Dr. Chen who is a wonderful professional. When you go to a doctor you want to feel better, and her staff makes you feel worst. Not worth the headaches!
