Justin spent several minutes asking me pertinent questions then carefully observed my ability to make various movements and ultimately provided me with four strengthening exercises that actually worked! Thanks to Justin's advice, I recovered full movement and strength and am fully active again; running, riding, swimming and cycling. Thank you Justin!
