Dr. Mays was friendly and knowledgeable about the problem I had been having with my dry eyes. He made the appropriate changes to my contact lenses and even went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I was comfortable with what I would be pruchasing for my eyes! I loved every moment of my experience with Crystal Vision Center in College Station, Tx.

Dr May's us excellent in knowledge and practice. He is no longer at Nederland Tx site that us why staff is very unprofessional and not helpful st all. They do not let you know ahead of time Dr Mays is no longer there and they do not tell tou unless you ask and then give you no information except he left.

Dr. Mays was very personable and welcoming. We went to his practice in San Antonio (Sams Club off of I35) without an appointment and there was no issues seeing the entire family. To our surprise he had just opened the practice in our area a week earlier. We will definitely continue going to his office, made the experience enjoyably. Thank you from the Gomez Family

Very disappointed. Had an appointment for a month and had to make 4 confirmations. The waiting area was being remodeled. There were very limited eyeglasses on display. The receptionist pointed to one rack and stated there were others on the other side of the rack. I told her there was usually a large selection and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Why couldn't someone have called and warned me I had nothing to choose from. Been a patient for years but no longer.
