The single worst Dr office I have TRIED to deal with. Been trying for 6 WEEKS to get an appointment made, then one more week trying to files transferred. Me and my fiance have both been calling an average of 2 a day, sweet lady at the answering service, I'm sure she's doing her job... I mean at least some of those messages have to go through. They don't return a call, they're not in office when they're suppose to be, and heaven forbid they have an email available for patients. After speaking to other ex-patients this is their M.O., you have to reschedule too many time- CUT OFF- you wait too long between appointments- CUT OFF. You stop treatment for a bit and try to come back- CUT OFF. I don't know what motivates them to do business but it sure isn't their patients actual care. If you're going to make the decision to quit treating a patient, for WHATEVER reason, at least have the professionalism to handle the situation correctly instead of acting like an angst driven teenage girlfriend.

Very caring and listens to your concerns. He has wonderful family values and takes the time to hear you. He has helped me through some difficult times like after my mother and father passed. And other little issues.
